What is the difference between a READING and a REPORT?
A READING is a personal one-on-one with Neil, your Astrologer who will draw up your chart and schedule a time to connect with you, in person or over the telephone. Readings last an hour or a half-hour, your choice.
A REPORT is written profile emailed to you - which details your Astrology Chart. Obviously a Reading will give you more depth because it is interactive, but you'd be surprised what you can obtain from a written Report.
What do I need for my Reading?
Just your Birth Info: your TIME, DATE and PLACE of Birth.
What if I don't know my Birth Time?
Don't worry - you can still have benefit from a Reading without - we draw up what's called a Solar Chart for the day you were born. If you know within what window you were born that's useful, but not essential. Just let us know when you email in your order.
How does the Reading take place?
Your info is used to draw up your Birth Chart. Then a time is scheduled for your personal reading with Neil - either over the telephone or in person, it's your choice!
Can I order a Reading for someone else?
Most definitely - people love 'em! They make amazing gifts for anyone, anytime - especially if someone needs more guidance or is at a crossroads, Astrology is awesome for helping you navigate ahead. Or for someone you think may be interested to find out more about themselves. They'll be stunned at what Astrology can show - these Readings are very popular. Just email their birth info.
How is my personal information used?
Just to draw up your Birth Chart - and that's it. We respect your privacy and all information you give us is used solely for your personal chart.
How can I pay, can I be sure my identity information is secure?
We are a certified Paypal user - so you can be sure your information is secure. See our Gold Seal above. We've been using Paypal for over five years now and people love how it easy it is!
Can I cancel an In-person Reading before payment?
Most Readings are paid for ahead of time. If for any reason a Reading is agreed upon and payment will be made at the time of the consultation, it is not possible to cancel if work has already begun on the Reading (normally within 24 hours of your Order). If you would like to cancel the Reading, you forfeit 50% of the fee.
What if i don't want to use a credit card online?
No problemo! Send an email to Neil@NewWorldAstrology.com to arrange payment by check or money order.
Can I cancel a Reading?
Once you order, your information is used to draw up your Chart so we are unable to refund the full amount. If within 24 hours you can choose to receive 50% of the fee returned to you.
How do I schedule a personal Reading?
Go to the PHONE page, make your selection and then email your data. You'll be glad you did - many clients come back for repeat Readings since there is so much to cover and they are amazed how much their Chart can tell them about themselves.
What if I can't make my scheduled time?
If for any reason you can't make your Reading, then please try and give us 24 hours notice. If this impossible, due to an emergency then just contact us as soon as you can, so someone else may have that slot. If you miss a subsequent appointment, then you'll be charged 50% of your Reading cost - since someone else will have been unable to take your place. Try stick to your time, and let us know if you can't. Thanks!
